Raymond D. Infante, Senior Field Investigator
Raymond D. Infante is a graduate of Thomas Edison Technical & Vocational School in New York City. He has over 40 years experience in HVAC.
Mr. Infante is a Senior Field Investigator responsible for the investigations of fires, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing equipment failures. He also has a wealth of experience in the removal and handling of forensic evidence integral to litigation and subrogation matters as well as testing such evidence.
Mr. Infante is a Master Mechanic and is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified in the handling of all types of refrigeration equipment as well as being a certified technician for Riello Burners, a qualified Gastite installer and a mobile equipment operator.
John P. McNulty, CFEI, Senior Field Investigator
John McNulty, CFEI, has an Associates of Applied Science from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. Mr. McNulty has over 44 years of experience in investigating, evaluating and reporting on most of the major incidents in the New York City area involving major public utilities. He is a utility operations expert, specializing in electric, gas and steam distribution systems. He has vast knowledge in all aspects of the utility business including many years of trial preparation experience. He has testified as an expert in a variety of courts.
He has managed many personal injury/property damage litigation cases. He has led the corporate investigative teams of all major incident investigations involving gas, electric, nuclear, and steam. He has also been a cause and origin instructor for governmental agencies including the Fire Department of New York (FDNY), Bureau of Fire Investigation, New York Police Department (NYPD), Arson and Explosion Squad, and New York Police Department Bomb Squad. Mr. McNulty is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and a Certified Fire Investigator Instructor (CFII). He also served in the United States Army.
