A: To ensure that you have the most recent rates, please call the office and request a fee schedule.
Q: How can I get a copy of your consultant’s Curriculum Vitae (CV)?
A: The CV’s are updated annually, so to ensure you have the most recent copy, please call the office.
Q: What if I need an investigation that concerns a specialty you do not list on your website?
A: Give us a call. Our consultants are extremely experienced in their areas of discipline. While we try to capture all specialties, we understand that each case is unique.
Q: Can I rent the lab without LGI being part of the case?
A: Yes, you can. We rent the lab for a half a day or full day. One of our lab technicians will be available to you.
Q: Is your lab equipped to handle joint inspections? Multiple parties?
A: Yes, absolutely.
Q: What do you do with the evidence?
A: We retain third party firms that specialize in the collection and storing of evidence in a secure facility until it is needed for an exam or if we receive permission in writing to dispose of it. Please refer to the Evidence Collection and Retention section of the site for further information.
Q: Do you do accident reconstructions?
A: Yes we do. We have a consultant that specializes in all vehicular matters.
Q: Do you investigate product failures?
A: Yes, all the time. Many times in order to validate our theories and findings, we will purchase an exemplar model and test and retest.
Q: Can we provide you with a budget?
A: Yes, we adhere to budgets when requested. If we feel that we need to increase the budget we will seek approval first.
Q: Is mileage charged portal to portal?
A: Yes. All mileage is calculated from the starting point of our headquarters in North White Plains, to the loss location and back.
