Yoandi Interian, P.E., CFEI, a civil/structural engineer with LGI, was recently informed by his client that the results of his investigation helped lead to their Summary Judgement Motion being granted by the court. This was for a premises liability action against a construction company.
Robert Crawford, PhD, P.E., CFEI, Senior Lead Engineer with LGI, was recently informed that the results of his investigation led to the client settling this matter out of court for their retail client, thereby avoiding expensive litigation. The case involved an alleged injury from a floor display unit at a retail store.
