Mr. Flynn is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and has served as a Hazardous Material Specialist for over 10 years. Mr. Flynn has extensive experience in forensic investigation of catastrophic failures, the effects of fire and explosions on buildings, construction system site testing, construction fastening systems, and all elements of building inspection. He has owned and operated his own engineering and inspection company since 1992 and has served as a structural specialist consultant with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), with emphasis on the investigation and remediation of structural collapse.
