Mr. Flynn is Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI). He is an experienced forensic engineer specializing in civil and structural systems. He has inspected and produced reports for the structural systems of large-scale professional sports stadiums and was responsible for demolition and stabilization plans for a variety of structures across New York City. Mr. Flynn is well versed on construction safety issues, is OSHA trained and certified, and has been trained and certified in NYC Suspended Scaffolding issues and can opine on issues involving New York Labor Law. He is also a Certified Excel Tribometrist for slip, trip, and fall cases.
