Gina Bumshtyen, P.E., CFEI, Senior Electrical Engineer, assisted an industrial client who had damage to some of their equipment and were unsure how it occurred. Gina performed her investigation and ruled out a problem with the facility’s wiring but discovered an undervoltage condition involving the utility. Her client appreciated her insight and it helped their analysis and resolution of the case.
Andrew Pietropaolo, E.E., CFEI, Principal Electrical Consultant, performed an investigation of a fire involving an extension cord plugged into an electrical receptacle. Based on Andrew’s investigation and the affidavit he provided to his client on the case, the court denied the plaintiff’s motion on the grounds that a question of fact existed.
