Dr. Crawford was assigned to investigate an alleged trip and fall incident in which the plaintiff claimed to be injured when they tripped on the fill lid cover of an underground storage tank (UST). As a result of Robert’s investigation, he was able to determine the fill lid cover of the UST was within all codes and standards in the industry and the physical evidence did not match the injuries claimed by the plaintiff. The client was grateful for the result of Robert’s investigation, as it led to the case being dismissed.
