Robert Flynn

Mr. Flynn is an experienced forensic engineer specializing in civil and structural systems. He has inspected and produced reports for the structural systems of large-scale professional sports stadiums and was responsible for demolition and stabilization plans for a variety of structures across New York City. Mr. Flynn is well versed on construction safety issues, is OSHA trained and certified, and has been trained and certified in NYC Suspended Scaffolding issues and can opine on issues involving New York Labor Law. He is also a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) by the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI) and a Certified Excel Tribometrist for slip, trip and fall cases.

Ms. Bumshteyn is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI). Her forensic experience includes evaluation of code compliance, field investigations, analysis of fires, failures, and accidents involving various types of electrical systems and equipment. She examines electrical damages and failed components to determine the root cause of failures, including electrocutions, lightning damage, and electrical fires.
