Mr. Flynn is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in New York State and has served as a Hazardous Material Specialist for over 10 years. Mr. Flynn has extensive experience in forensic investigation of catastrophic failures, the effects of fire and explosions on buildings, construction system site testing, construction fastening systems, and all elements of building inspection. He has owned and operated his own engineering and inspection company since 1992 and has served as a structural specialist consultant with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), with emphasis on the investigation and remediation of structural collapse.

Mr. Smalley is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the states of New York, New Hampshire and Vermont. Mr. Smalley is a licensed New York City Department of Buildings special inspector certified to provide code required inspections of contractor installations of smoke control systems, mechanical (HVAC) systems, fuel-oil storage and piping systems, sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, heating systems, chimneys and firestop, draftstop and fireblock systems. Mr. Smalley also has experience with forensic investigations of building equipment failures of electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning mechanical systems.
