Frank Villano, P.E., LGI’s Senior Structural/Civil Engineer is a licensed and insured drone pilot and a certified marine diver. His unique skills can assist in investigating failures either up in the air, on the ground or underwater! Frank recently used his diver skills to enter a large roof top tank to inspect for physical evidence and to assist mechanical engineers in testing the automatic fill system. Frank has also performed underwater inspections of alleged pool failures, as well as underwater inspections of docks, wharfs and piers.
Brian Maini is an accomplished elevator and lift expert with experience in the installation of Hydraulic/Freight Elevators as well as Traction Elevators and MRL. His background encompasses the construction, repair and modernizations of elevators and lifts. Mr. Maini’s elevator experience spans over 35 years. He is also a QEI Certified Elevator Inspector. He has investigated and opined on many elevator and lift failures, accidents and construction deficiencies.
